Performance management and the Strategic business objectives

The central challenge in developing and sustaining a corporate performance management system is, therefore, making it everyone’s business. Unless all staff and members actively pursue and support the principals and proposals outlined herein, the Company will be unable to ensure achievement of its aims and unable to demonstrate that it is delivering high quality and value-for-money services.
